1. When will IntelliTrax be ready for a general release and purchase?

We have a target launch date of Fall 2008.

2. Is accounting functionality included with IntelliTrax?

IntelliTrax itself performs no accounting functions. IntelliTrax is designed to work with almost any SQL/ODBC compliant accounting system. IntelliTrax containerizes data to be sent to an accounting system for extended calculations and all other functions such as billing and reconciliation. For example if the shipment requires 6 Dish Pack containers at a rate of $5.00 each, IntelliTrax holds the quantity of containers (6) and the rate each ($5.00). Once the data is entered, IntelliTrax automatically sends this information to the accounting system for billing.

3. Does IntelliTrax perform rating and estimating?

Vision Quest has entered into a partnership with IGC Software and through this relationship has been granted the rights to incorporate the source code of their rating and estimating system called QuickMove.

Unlike some of our competitors, IntelliTrax does not just launch QuickMove as a separate application in a new window, IntelliTrax has screens within itself where rating and estimating information can be entered and/or maintained. The system is also capable of using IGC's MoveLink Survey software for the handheld survey and in residence estimating.

4. I see that IntelliTrax has Profiling, Order Entry, Dispatch, Storage, Claims, and other modules. Which modules are included in the basic IntelliTrax package?

While it appears that IntelliTrax is modular, it is not. Because the move process is not just made up of any one, or even a few of the 'modules', (we prefer processes), outlined in our Overview of IntelliTrax, but includes all of them, IntelliTrax is designed and intimately integrated to manage every one of these processes.

From Pre-sales to Claims, IntelliTrax works as a single, integrated, move management platform. When you acquire IntelliTrax you will receive the complete functionality in our overview. Accounting is the only function outside of IntelliTrax, but if you acquire our custom version of MAS 90 that process is also automated and managed by the system. We may even be able to integrate IntelliTrax with you current accounting software.
