IntelliTrax includes an intelligent method for managing basic Household Goods storage for both SIT and Perm storage. At its most basic, data relevant to floor location, vault, lot, and bin can be tracked. In addition, you can add an unlimited amount of information about the vaults' contents. The warehouse system also includes an ActionTrax feature similar to ShipTrax found in the Customer Service system. The Special ActionTrax system for the warehouse is call StorageTrax and prompts the warehouse person to complete actions set by the organization for every shipment. The first step in using this powerful feature is for you to decide on the items that you want to be sure the warehouse does consistently for every shipment. For example:
Click here for a sample StorageTrax Screen. Then using the IntelliTrax Admin Center, you list these steps in the IntelliTrax Codes Tables. Once you have completed adding your steps, every time the CSR creates a new shipment that includes storage, the StorageTrax Screen will automatically be populated with these Actions to be completed. Additionally, the warehouse person may add Personal Custom Actions on the fly for each shipment to cover those actions unique to any given shipment. Regardless of whether the Actions are set by the organization or created on the fly by the user, the Actions are captured in the ActionTrax Calendar Center. The ActionTrax center contains screens that build Hot List of Actions to do by date, action, and user so that each day the user has a priority list of Action to complete each day based on the priority set by the user and / or the company.
