The heart of the moving company is Operations. The whole point of the process is moving the goods from Origin to Destination. IntelliTrax enables the organization to segment its Operations into distinct scopes. The three primary roles are:

• Interstate

• Intrastate

• Local / O&I

Interstate dispatch is also considered Central Dispatch. This flexibility within IntelliTrax enables the mover to decide where dispatch responsibility resides. If the organization only has one location then all of the shipments can be managed through the Interstate and Local dispatch centers.

If, however, the organization has multiple location, and has both Interstate and Intrastate dispatchers managing either a joint fleet or separate fleet, then the strength of IntelliTrax comes into play.

• Interstate (Central) dispatch will manage all shipments that originate outside a local office's range and/or cross state lines. 

• Intrastate dispatch will manage all shipments within its range and for those shipments originating within the office's state.

• Local dispatch will manage all shipments locally within its range.
