Vision Quest has entered into a Strategic Alliance with Integrity Group Consulting - IGC Software. Through our partnership, Vision Quest has been authorized to develop and integrate QuickMove and MoveLink seamlessly into IntelliTrax.

Vision Quest has linked its features to Vision Quest's Order Entry, Survey, and Rating Systems. Simply initiate an order in IntelliTrax and the information is passed to QuickMove and then the shipment information can be downloaded to your Palm via MoveLink. When the survey is complete, uploaded data automatically re-populates IntelliTrax screens.

Survey data can also be remotely entered into IntelliTrax from any place on the planet with an Internet connection. Using our exclusive web-based access system, a surveyor can directly enter survey information into an existing shipment record. With nothing more than a browser connected to the Internet, remote surveys are only a click away.

The CSR need never leave Order Entry to view Survey data since this data automatically resides in the Order Entry System. Survey screens directly accessible from Order Entry include:

  • Survey Summary
  • Packing Materials
  • Three Accessorial Screens
  • Bulky Items
  • Extra Stops
  • Additional Items that may need Authorization

A Special Feature of IntelliTrax is the linking of Profiled Data to other parts of the program. In the case of Survey Information, if you take the time to complete a National Account Profile including Authorizations, IntelliTrax will populate the Survey section of Order Entry with the Authorized Items and their value. This information is then compared against the Survey Information.

If a Survey item is authorized it will automatically be calculated for valuel; if the value provided by the Account is less than the estimated fees, IntelliTrax will prompt the CSR for to inform the Shipper additional payment may be required and what the total will be. If the Survey item is not Authorized, again the CSR will be notified. This is just one of the may features enable by Profiles!
