Profiles provide the organization with a powerful tool to organize information and ensure that information passed through IntelliTrax is uniform, accurate, and easy to find. More importantly, Profiles eliminates the need to re-key data.

Profiled data is information that you gather and put into IntelliTrax so that as you work through the move process, information from your profiles automatically fill in data fields for your employees. For example, Agent Profiles let you store information regarding fellow agents such as Agent Name, Contact Information and Address Information. Then, as Customer Service types in a zip code, IntelliTrax will automatically select your preferred Agent and auto-populate screens with the Agent's profiled Information.

In the case of National Accounts, you may profile data such as discount rate, valuation, authorizations, entitlements, and more. As the CSR selects the National Account for a shipment, the profiled data automatically populates the order with the account information so that the CSR does not have to re-key account data. National Account profiling also includes Parent - Child relationships so that you can assign a Parent Account such as a large company or third party service provider and then manage relationships with the child accounts for reporting and MIS.
