Our History

Founded in 1994, Vision Quest's initial product was the design and deployment of Total Quality Management Systems specifically for the Moving & Storage Industry. Vision Quest's focus was to provide a cost effective alternative to high priced consultants that small businesses could not afford.

In late 1994 at the request of our clients, Vision Quest introduced Computer Network Design and Installation . This enabled Vision Quest to provide comprehensive tools for managing the Quality Systems which we developed and implemented. Workforce tools which Vision Quest provided include Sales Force Automation, Workforce Automation, Accounting, and now Move Management Systems.

In 1996 Vision Quest merged its TQM programs with the emerging doctrines of ISO 9000 Compliance. Our new ISO 9002 Compliant, TQM Programs have enable organizations such as Alexander's Moving & Storage, Atlas International, American Red Ball International, and Smyth Moving Systems to achieve ISO 9002 Accreditation.

In 1998, with our technical capabilities already in place, the Internet became a new market opportunity. We initially saw the Internet as an unrelated product to our network and technology product lines and therefore formed a second company, Design Quest, as a stand-alone organization to take advantage of this opportunity.

With the rapid acceleration of the merging of telephony services, cable communications, Internet services, and Intranet network technologies, Vision Quest merged Design Quest's product line into Vision Quest's and eliminated the Design Quest moniker. In October, 1999, Vision Quest incorporated and became Vision Quest Integrated Technologies, Inc. to more clearly define our capabilities.
